Guestrooms and Residences are being
designed by Todd-Avery Lenahan, founder of the Las Vegas-based commercial design firm of ABA Avery Brooks. His repeat clients include not only Mandarin Oriental, but other preeminent hoteliers such as Ritz Carlton and The Four Seasons. Celebrated Chicago designer Frank Perry will act as interior design consultant for the tower, and be available to custom design individual tower condominiums.
